Special Instruments

In 2025, spending on the European Union’s special instruments amounts to €6.7bn. Specifically, €4.3bn for support to Ukraine, €1.1bn for the European Solidarity Reserve, €0.6bn for emergency aid, €0.6bn for the Brexit Adjustment Reserve, and the remainder for other smaller funds.
